Intelligent Automation Engineer at Outcome Logix LLC
As an Intelligent Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, configuring, testing, and deploying cutting-edge automation solutions that directly address business requirements. This role demands a proactive approach to providing support, conducting root cause analysis, and debugging to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to meticulously gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems. Effective communication with diverse audiences is paramount as you support comprehensive automation portfolios, ensuring all solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and change management procedures.
A core aspect of this position involves partnering with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement high-quality processes that meet defined and anticipated requirements, delivered on time and within budget. You will facilitate cross-functional meetings to achieve objectives and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Participation in Agile teams will be key to delivering iterative improvements and managing change effectively.
Familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns is highly valued, contributing to the development of robust and scalable automation frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.
- Proven experience in process simulations/automation, solution development, and/or business analysis.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.
- Working knowledge of process engineering software systems.
