The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in creating accessibility-compliant training content and hands-on experience with e-learning software and the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training strategies, ensuring users are proficient with essential business applications and systems. Strong communication skills and experience with modern collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint are essential for success in this role.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 Years Required: Developing a training program for ERP systems.
- 8 Years Required: Developing accessibility-compliant training content.
- 8 Years Required (at least 4 hands-on): Hands-on experience working with eLearning software.
- 8 Years Required (at least 4 hands-on): Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system.
- 8 Years Required (at least 4 hands-on): Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- 8 Years Required (at least 2): Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team.
- 8 Years Required (at least 2): Experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2 Years Preferred: Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
- 1 Year Preferred: Experience with Jira.
