As an Implementation and Change Management Consultant, you will contribute to controlling the scope, schedule, and cost of projects while developing essential skills to advance into leadership roles as project and program managers.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated familiarity with various project management approaches, tools, and the distinct phases of the project lifecycle.
• Proven experience with and extensive knowledge of change management principles, established methodologies, and relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
• Excellent active listening skills, highly organized with a natural inclination for strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills, coupled with an understanding of project management approaches and tools throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, understandable impacts on field operations.
