About the Role: IAM Automation Engineer at ISite Technologies Inc

ISite Technologies Inc, a client of Dice, is actively seeking an experienced IAM Automation Engineer to join their team. This pivotal role is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in identity and access management through automation. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions for Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
  • Ensure robust security and compliance within IAM systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with various enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues, optimizing system performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM infrastructure, strategies, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM automation processes and architectures.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management and automation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java) for automation.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity).
  • Solid knowledge of cloud security concepts and identity services in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
