Overview
Join Gainwell Technologies as a Human Resources Generalist Remote US. Be a strategic and tactical partner supporting operations across the Western United States and beyond.
Your Role
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations and workforce planning.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and policy interpretation.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.
- Guide compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence for consistency.
- Participate in business continuity planning and operational reviews.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meet-and-greet sessions.
What We Expect
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience. Call center and high-volume environment experience is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making is essential.
Benefits & Details
- Full-time, regular salaried (W-2) position.
- Work hours: 8AM-5PM CST or MT, Monday to Friday.
- Immediate health benefits (medical, dental, vision) starting day 1.
- 401K company match and flexible vacation after 90 days.
- Remote work requires minimum Broadband speeds of 24MBS download and 8MBS upload.
