Overview

Join Gainwell Technologies as a Human Resources Generalist Remote US. Be a strategic and tactical partner supporting operations across the Western United States and beyond.

Your Role

  • Partner with leaders to address employee relations and workforce planning.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and policy interpretation.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.
  • Guide compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence for consistency.
  • Participate in business continuity planning and operational reviews.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meet-and-greet sessions.

What We Expect

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience. Call center and high-volume environment experience is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making is essential.

Benefits & Details

  • Full-time, regular salaried (W-2) position.
  • Work hours: 8AM-5PM CST or MT, Monday to Friday.
  • Immediate health benefits (medical, dental, vision) starting day 1.
  • 401K company match and flexible vacation after 90 days.
  • Remote work requires minimum Broadband speeds of 24MBS download and 8MBS upload.
  • Interview process via Microsoft Teams with video requirements.
