Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator at Cybersearch, Ltd.

A growing and team-focused organization in the Joliet area is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and compliance initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on employees and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
  • Process and support payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data
  • Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings and interview coordination
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Help administer benefits programs and enrollment support
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support training, safety initiatives, and employee engagement programs
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership and administrative teams

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-4 years experience working with payroll systems and HRIS platforms with strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Manufacturing or operational environment experience is a plus
