Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support assigned client groups within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on and strategic role responsible for partnering with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to execute HR programs, processes, and people initiatives.

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the primary liaison between business units and HR leadership, supporting the full employee lifecycle including employee engagement, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and align people strategy with business objectives
  • Support full HR people cycles (performance reviews, calibration, merit cycles, etc.)
  • Provide data-driven insights and proactive HR solutions
  • Coach and consult senior leaders on talent management strategy
  • Support reporting, communications, and change management for division leadership
  • Execute cyclical HR programs and organizational initiatives
  • Ensure HR data integrity and compliance
  • Partner with legal on employee relations matters as needed
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives
  • Manage and resolve employment-related investigations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6-8+ years of HR experience supporting large client groups
  • Strong knowledge of core HR functions
  • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management ability
  • Experience with organizational design and change management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint required)
  • Working knowledge of Workday (Core HCM) strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
