Job Description

About the Role: HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at PROLIM Global Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Cybersecurity business teams. Your primary objective will be to align human resources strategies with the goals, mission, and vision of these teams, fostering positive employee relations and contributing to overall business success.

This position involves navigating various conflict resolutions, effectively communicating company policies, and proactively developing solutions aimed at enhancing employee growth, engagement, and retention within the Cybersecurity division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a wide range of HR administration tasks.
  • Conduct timely internal research to address employee concerns, including wage queries.
  • Oversee health and safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Manage and resolve workplace disputes with fairness and consistency.
  • Partner with managers and team members to communicate policies and procedures.
  • Create and deliver impactful training opportunities for employees and leaders.
  • Administer leaves of absence, demonstrating strong knowledge of FMLA and short-term disability regulations.
  • Handle confidential employee information with the utmost discretion and judgment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • 6+ years of experience as an individual contributor in Human Resources, ideally within an IT company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative team spirit.
  • Demonstrated understanding of company stance and values.
  • Fair and consistent thought process in resolving complex Employee Relations and HR issues.
