Job Overview
The Help Desk Analyst I is responsible for providing technical support for Windows Desktop Operating Systems, resolving connectivity issues related to domain joining, and supporting the O365 Suite. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting printers and maintaining service desk ticket documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
- Join Windows workstations to the domain and resolve connectivity problems.
- Support the O365 Suite of applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers for end-user functionality.
- Respond promptly to service desk tickets and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and internal users.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems and domain integration.
- Hands-on experience with printer setup and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
