Job Overview: GenAI Support Engineer
Our client, VeridianTech, is actively seeking a GenAI Support Engineer to develop, maintain, and support cutting-edge AI agents and MCP servers. This role is a 6-month contract with potential for extension, offering a fully remote work arrangement. You will play a crucial role in enterprise automation and workflow orchestration, integrating AI solutions with existing systems and ensuring high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support AI agents for enterprise automation and workflow orchestration.
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot MCP servers and custom tools for LLM-based applications.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and tool interactions to ensure high availability.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python for tool and agent development.
- Hands-on knowledge of MCP framework, tool schema design, and server creation.
- Understanding of LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex).
- Experience with API integration, JSON schemas, and backend services.
- Familiarity with Docker, basic DevOps, and deployment processes.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with customers onsite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
