Role Responsibilities
As a Frontend Developer for Jobs via Dice, you will create high-quality, self-contained prompts for various client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations. You will ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and can be easily verified through screenshot and code inspection. Leveraging your frontend engineering expertise, you will train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness. This role also involves contributing to structured datasets that significantly improve AI performance across diverse client-side development scenarios. Collaboration will primarily be asynchronous with research and engineering teams to continuously refine task quality and consistency.
Requirements
Candidates should possess strong experience in either frontend or full-stack development, or in technical content creation. A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria, alongside strong attention to detail and comfort working within verification-driven workflows. The ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment is crucial for success in this role.
