About the Role
OSI Engineering, Inc., a client of Jobs via Dice, is seeking a talented Front End Drupal Developer for a globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA. This contract position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with PDT engineers to develop new applications and maintain existing ones, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with other developers to build robust and secure applications.
- Develop application functionality with a strong focus on accessibility, exceptional user experience, and long-term maintainability.
- Design and implement custom themes, base themes, and comprehensive design systems, translating various specifications into functional elements.
- Efficiently debug and resolve a wide range of development issues.
- Create custom modules and integrations as necessary to extend application capabilities.
- Produce clear and concise documentation for all developed features and processes.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, demonstrating a successful history of developing web and/or mobile applications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing React, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Possess strong application design and robust coding skills.
