Epic Bridges Analyst
Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, APN Software Services Inc., is seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Analyst to design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces. This role supports interoperability between Epic and external applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and support Epic Bridges interfaces for interoperability.
- Develop and troubleshoot HL7 v2.x interfaces (ADT, orders, results, scheduling, billing).
- Utilize interface engines such as Corepoint, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, or Mirth for message routing.
- Analyze interface requirements and coordinate integration testing with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor interface performance, resolve errors, and ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with Epic application analysts, network teams, and clinical stakeholders to optimize data workflows.
- Maintain documentation of interface specifications, configurations, and change logs.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support and interface issue resolution.
Certification
EPIC Bridges Certification is required.
Additional Information
Location: Remote (occasional travel to Chicago, IL with all expenses paid).
Duration: 9 Months (extendable).
