Entry Level Business Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for our next Business Data Analyst to join. This is an entry-level role, which means we don’t expect you to have twenty years of experience. We do, however, expect you to be sharp, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about data. This position is designed to be a launchpad—you’ll be working closely with our leadership and getting a front-row seat to how a business actually grows.

Your Role in the Team

• You’ll gather and validate data from all over the company, ensuring what we’re looking at is 100% accurate.
• You’ll help us identify trends and patterns that can improve how we work.
• You’ll create the reports and dashboards that we use every day to stay on track.
• You’ll assist our teams in documenting what they need so we can build better systems together.
• You’ll act as a bridge, helping everyone from Sales to HR understand what the data is telling them.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong Excel skills. We use it every day, so you should be very comfortable with it.
• A baseline knowledge of SQL and an interest in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
• A high level of attention to detail. In our world, the small things matter.
• Great communication skills. You’ll be working with a lot of different personalities, and we value people who are helpful and clear.
