About the Role
As an Electronics Systems Engineer AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in researching, designing, developing, and testing electronic components and systems across various applications, including commercial, industrial, military, and scientific sectors. This position requires applying advanced electronic theory and materials science knowledge to innovate circuits and systems for telecommunications, aerospace, instrumentation, and related fields. You will be instrumental in integrating computer-assisted engineering and CAD tools for optimal system development and evaluation, ensuring technical adequacy, performance, and industry compliance.
A significant aspect of this role involves coordinating manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification activities, as well as collaborating with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Uniquely, you will also mentor and guide AI systems and training workflows, enhancing their ability to model electronics engineering knowledge effectively.
Role Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and test electronic components and systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific applications.
- Apply electronic theory and materials science knowledge to develop advanced circuits and systems for telecommunications, aerospace, instrumentation, and related applications.
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering and CAD tools for electronic systems development and optimization.
- Evaluate engineering projects to ensure technical adequacy, performance, and industry compliance.
- Coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification activities for electronic systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to align projects with technical and operational goals.
- Mentor and guide AI systems and training workflows to improve electronics engineering knowledge modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline (excluding computer engineering).
- Strong foundation in electronic theory, circuit design, and materials science.
- Proven experience with CAD tools and computer-assisted engineering software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong technical documentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Experience coordinating projects within cross-functional remote teams.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting AI-driven engineering training initiatives.
- Experience in RF engineering or RFID technologies is advantageous.
- Background in aerospace, telecommunications, or military electronics R&D is preferred.
- Prior experience in AI training or technical education roles is a plus.
