About the Role
Jobs via Dice is seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer AI Trainer for an hourly contract position. In this remote role, you will leverage your expertise in electronics design and simulation to contribute to the training and improvement of AI systems. This position offers flexibility, with a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, model, and simulate electronic circuits and systems using industry-standard tools such as Ansoft Simplorer, Cadence PSpice, and Synopsys Saber.
- Develop and document comprehensive electronic hardware and software solutions for diverse applications, including industrial, medical, and scientific sectors.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot complex electronics engineering challenges, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Create detailed schematics, simulations, and 3D models utilizing tools like MATLAB, AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Provide support for the manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification phases of electronic systems when necessary.
- Contribute your valuable domain expertise, technical documentation, and datasets directly to train and enhance advanced AI systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in a wide array of electronics design and simulation tools, including Ansoft Simplorer, Cadence PSpice, Synopsys Saber, MATLAB, AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks.
- Demonstrated experience with digital design and instrumentation tools such as Xilinx ISE, SystemVerilog, and LabVIEW.
- Strong programming skills across multiple languages: FORTRAN, C++, Java, Python, Visual Basic .NET, and React.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear and concise technical presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven capability to critically evaluate technical work for effectiveness, compatibility, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, multidisciplinary professional environment.
