Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital platform strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the lifecycle of various digital platforms, including content management systems, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, product) to ensure seamless platform integration and functionality.
• Analyze platform performance data, identify trends, and implement optimizations to enhance user engagement and conversion.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and data integrity standards are consistently met.
• Oversee platform budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital platform management, product management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, analytics, and user experience (UX) principles.
• Experience with various digital platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Determining compensation for this role at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location, and other geographic considerations. The salary range for this role is noted in the job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
