Role Overview: Digital Content Strategist Partner Portal

The Digital Content Strategist Partner Portal will play a pivotal role in translating go-to-market and business priorities into effective digital experiences within Tranzeal's Partner Portal. This role demands a strong understanding of content management systems, information architecture, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize the partner journey and ensure content effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Experience working within an enterprise CMS (AEM or comparable) and familiarity with publishing workflows is a must-have.
  • Proven ability to translate GTM/business priorities into structured digital pages and partner journey frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture principles including hierarchy, navigation, taxonomy, and structured content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market models and partner ecosystem concepts.
  • Direct Partner Portal experience is preferred, with broader enterprise web experience also acceptable.
  • Proficiency with tools such as AEM, ContentSquare, Seismic, or similar platforms.
  • AI literacy and awareness of AI-driven search are required, though deep technical AI expertise is not.
  • Specific industry vertical experience is highly valued.
