Overview
The Data Delivery Manager - AI and GenAI Focus will lead the implementation of advanced data platforms leveraging artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative solutions that drive business value and meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI and GenAI projects from pre-sales to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored to AI initiatives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data management and AI ethics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and engineers.
- Provide regular project updates and reviews to stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or related field with a minimum of 10 years IT experience and 5+ years in senior roles. Strong knowledge of AI, GenAI, machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics is required. Hands-on cloud experience with providers like AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Google Cloud Platform is essential along with PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications. Technical certifications and a background in data engineering or generative AI are a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is also beneficial.
