Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow optimization and Automation: Identifying and developing custom GPTs workflows and automation to replace manual task with AI driven solutions.
- Demo and Enablement: Awareness of new ChatGPT functionality that comes out and conducting weekly/monthly demo sessions on specialized techniques to maximize output quality.
- Usage Analysis and Adoption: Monitoring usage matrix message volume, toll diversity and power user engagement to evaluate AI ROI and adoption rate.
- Prompt Engineering & Governance: Building libraries of tested prompts, establishing guardrails for safe/ethical use and ensuring compliance with data security policies.
