Job Description
Change Management Specialist at JKV International
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to lead and support organizational change initiatives within public sector environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing change across multi-agency and multi-stakeholder ecosystems, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and policies. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management activities for public sector transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments across multiple agencies.
- Design and implement communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership alignment meetings.
- Manage resistance and drive adoption through structured engagement approaches.
- Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and external partners to ensure change alignment.
- Measure change effectiveness using KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Provide executive-level reporting on change readiness, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with government policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in Change Management.
- Proven experience in public sector change management.
- Experience working within multi-agency or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of organizational transformation and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or formal training in structured change frameworks such as Prosci.
- Experience supporting large-scale government digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
