Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, SES, is seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Change Manager. This is a remote role supporting MST or CST hours.
Role Overview
The IT Enterprise Change Manager oversees and coordinates enterprise-level technology changes to ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks. The role implements structured change management methodologies, leads change control processes, and facilitates the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
Top Technical Skills
- 5-8 years of IT Change/IT Service Management experience in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v4 certification preferred)
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale change initiatives including cloud migrations and system upgrades
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, GitLAB or other ITSM tools
- Understanding of financial services compliance and cybersecurity principles
Top Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with risk assessment and data-driven decision making
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
