As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SQL, robust Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts, and proven User Acceptance Testing (UAT) skills. You will be instrumental in understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Design and implement SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Work extensively with Data Warehouse concepts, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for business intelligence.
- Plan, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify system improvements and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts, including star schemas, snowflake schemas, and ETL processes.
- Expertise in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
