Position Overview

The ideal candidate will collaborate with functional leads and SMEs to document and optimize future-state business processes using BPMN and other industry-standard notations. You will lead workshops, analyze workflows, and deliver comprehensive documentation to drive process improvements and ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document future-state business processes using BPMN and industry tools.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend process optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, OCM, Testing, and Training.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to collect process details.
  • Manage project deliverables and track open action items.
  • Support interim process design and ensure proper documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
  • Proven experience in business process documentation and modeling.
  • Technical proficiency with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPM-specific tools.
  • In-depth understanding of BPMN and other modeling notations.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in state government or child welfare domains.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented approach ensuring high-quality deliverables.
