About the Business Analyst Role

Jobs via Dice, on behalf of Trebecon LLC, is seeking a Business Analyst for a 100% remote role. The role requires candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience, including prior roles as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and customer expectations.
  • Use storytelling techniques to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between business, technology teams, and end-users.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product demos using engaging narratives and visuals.
  • Track and report on KPIs to ensure measurable business value delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Over 10 years of experience in Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Owner roles.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
