Job Description
Business Analyst, E-Commerce & Digital Experience at Vishay InterTechnology
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong e-commerce and digital experience domain expertise. This role is critical in driving customer discussions, conducting workshops, and defining business requirements for Vishay InterTechnology. The ideal candidate will have strong experience facilitating customer workshops, documenting requirements, and collaborating with architecture teams to define digital roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct customer workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Conduct requirement playback sessions with stakeholders
- Work closely with customers to drive discussions and clarify functional needs
- Create and manage epics and user stories in JIRA
- Collaborate with the architecture team to define the solution roadmap
- Support digital commerce and digital interaction initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience conducting customer workshops
- Strong experience in:
- Digital Commerce
- Digital Interactions
- E-commerce domain
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (Epics & User Stories)
- Strong requirement documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Malvern, PA
