Position Overview

The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, gathering requirements, tracking milestones, and supporting testing, training, and release activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills and can manage multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to develop analyses and documentation.
• Evaluate and communicate systems requirements and process updates.
• Maintain processes and deliver monthly status reports.
• Create and update internal and external documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot challenges.
• Develop lasting relationships with business partners for systems integration.
• Provide research-backed recommendations to managers and executives.

Qualifications

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Visio or Lucidchart, strong documentation skills, and excellent organizational ability to handle multiple projects.
