Original Job Summary
Overview
MSYS Inc., via Jobs via Dice, is seeking a BA/QA professional. The role is primarily remote with in-person interviews in Phoenix, AZ. The initial contract is for 12 months, with projects often extending to 3+ years. Applicants must be eligible for W2 or C2C arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing: Develop test plans, cases, and scripts. Provide direction to developers and execute tests against documented user acceptance criteria.
- Business Analysis: Identify and document business needs, operational processes, and requirements. Conduct requirements elicitation and create use case documentation.
- Process Improvement: Document BA and QA standards, identify automation candidates, and implement test automation where applicable.
Required Skills
- Windows Server Experience
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban) SDLC
- Intermediate experience in Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS
- STLC experience
- .Net Applications and ETL
- SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2016, SSIS/SSRS
- Backend database testing including indexes, triggers, stored procedures
- MS Office proficiency
