AWS Connect Architect Role

Dice, a top career destination for tech professionals, presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced AWS Connect Architect at Anveta Inc. This role is remote and is set for a 6+ month duration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and integrated AWS services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze IVR requirements and customer journey mapping.
  • Integrate AWS Connect with CRM, ticketing tools, and third-party applications using APIs and AWS SDKs.
  • Develop call routing strategies, contact flows, and automation scripts.
  • Implement real-time monitoring, reporting, and analytics using AWS CloudWatch and QuickSight.
  • Manage incident response and troubleshooting to ensure high service availability.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to support teams.
