AWS AI Infrastructure Engineer
Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts. Our client, OMG Technologies, is seeking a Senior AWS Platform Engineer / AWS AI Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and support scalable, secure cloud platforms on AWS for the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Summary
The role involves hosting and managing MCP servers, enforcing security best practices, automating cloud operations, and supporting platform reliability. You will collaborate with application, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, host, manage, and support AWS-based AI and application infrastructure.
- Architect and manage MCP Servers ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker on ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
- Support and administer core AWS infrastructure including EC2, networking, and security.
- Utilize AWS AI services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker) for AI/ML workloads.
- Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Configure and secure API Gateway and manage AWS IAM roles.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Document system architectures, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on AWS experience across core services.
- Expertise in AWS AI Infrastructure including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Proven experience designing and managing MCP Servers in AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Docker-based deployments and container orchestration.
- Experience with AWS EC2 configuration, hardening, and security.
- Familiarity with AWS databases such as RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora.
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM, security protocols, and access controls.
- Experience with API Gateway configuration and securing access.
- Proven track record in DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Location: RemoteDuration: 12 months with high possibility of extensionPay Rate: $65 on W2 and $70 on C2CDocs required: ID proof will be required.
