Job Description
Anaplan Tech Lead at AKAASA Technologies
AKAASA Technologies is seeking an Anaplan Tech Lead to partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Designers, Engineers, and delivery professionals. This role focuses on improving a financial services company's financial forecasting capabilities. The position is 100% Remote.
Responsibilities
- Configure and build Anaplan applications, ensuring adherence to modern design patterns and industry standards.
- Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient designs aligned with platform vendor roadmaps and Prudential standards.
- Write integration tests and functional automation, troubleshoot issues discovered by QA or product support, and develop effective solutions.
- Bring expertise in relevant and emerging technologies, provide coaching to team members, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Work on complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables and perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering.
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Advanced knowledge of Anaplan.
- Previous experience with Project/Product Management.
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
