AI Solution Architect with Capital Markets

Dice, the leading career destination for tech experts, is partnering with Care IT Services Inc to find a highly skilled AI Solution Architect with Capital Markets experience. This is a 12-month contract role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Midtown New York City or fully remote.

Job Description

This role is pivotal in bridging business domain needs with advanced GenAI technologies. You will design and deliver next-generation AI solutions leveraging foundation models from OpenAI and Anthropic, collaborating with front-office and operations teams to identify high impact use cases.

  • Partner with various business units (trading, research, compliance, operations) to identify GenAI use cases.
  • Architect end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Translate business objectives into functional and technical AI/ML solution designs.
  • Oversee the implementation of scalable AI services, pipelines, APIs, and integration points.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory frameworks and ethical AI principles.
  • Mentor engineers and analysts on best practices around GenAI and scalable solution patterns.

Required Qualifications

At least 5+ years in AI/ML solution architecture with strong GenAI and LLM experience, plus 3+ years Capital Markets domain exposure. Hands-on experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, and LLMOps practices is essential. Experience with modern data architectures and governance using tools like Snowflake and Databricks is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in deploying GenAI use cases in financial institutions. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform), vector DBs, LangChain and API integration in Capital Markets systems will be an advantage.
