AI Solution Architect is a role focused on integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into enterprise systems. The role involves architecting, building, and deploying intelligent, agentic solutions across legacy infrastructures, modern platforms, and diverse stakeholder needs.

The Opportunity

Work at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world system integration. Collaborate with senior architects, platform leads, and business stakeholders to design AI-enabled systems. Gain exposure to next-generation tooling, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI agents. Transform cutting-edge models into operational reality.

You Have

• 5+ years in software engineering with production-scale AI or ML applications.
• Experience integrating LLMs or multimodal models into user-facing applications.
• Knowledge of RAG systems using vector databases (OpenSearch, Weaviate) and embedding models.
• Backend engineering experience in Python.
• Experience building or supporting AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud functions, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including data scientists, UX designers, and security stakeholders.
• Prompt engineering expertise to optimize LLM performance.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice If You Have

• 2+ years integrating with third-party platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• 2+ years working with modern AI capabilities and LLM frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of Graph DB systems such as AWS Neptune, Neo4j, or Azure Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with AWS AI-related services and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code for cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Security Clearance & Work Model

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility for classified access. The work model is flexible, allowing for remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range is estimated from $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually. In addition, Booz Allen offers comprehensive benefits including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care.
