Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AIOps / AI Platform Engineer who will enable reliable deployment and operation of AI workflows in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.
  • Implement monitoring for workflow execution, model performance, and data drift.
  • Support environment configuration, release automation, and rollback strategies.
  • Enable controlled promotion of workflows across development, test, and production environments.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through status reports and review meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, project delivery, and change management.
  • Foster collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or related field experience.
  • Fluency in AWS based platforms is a plus.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in AI, preferably in the automotive sectors or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive success.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CISSP or CSM is a plus.
