AI Engineer LLM Agentic AI at Newt Global

This is a 100% REMOTE position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI architectures at scale, moving beyond theoretical knowledge to real-world applications.
- Orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Implement and utilize LLM evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-a-judge methodologies, to ensure model effectiveness.
- Integrate content safety tooling and responsible AI practices into all development stages.
- Apply strong data science foundations for model selection, rigorous evaluation, and performance analysis of AI solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven enterprise-grade experience with agentic AI architectures and large-scale deployments.
- Expertise in multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Proficiency in LLM evaluation frameworks and LLM-as-a-judge methodologies.
- Experience with content safety tooling and responsible AI practices.
- Strong background in data science for model selection, evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with technologies like LangChain, OpenAI, and Azure.
