Role Overview: AI Consultant
The AI Consultant role requires a seasoned IT professional with 10-12 years of experience, ideally holding a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or equivalent practical work experience. This position is critical for enabling agentic SDLC practices within client environments.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proven experience delivering LLM or agent-based systems is essential.
- Strong foundational knowledge in software engineering principles.
- Deep expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- A background in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience (DevEx) is preferred.
- Experience with security and compliance aspects of AI/ML systems is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work on our W-2, indicating a direct employment model with TrustMinds, Inc.
