About the Role
Zolon Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement automated solutions using RPA, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies. The role involves building scalable workflows, integrating AI models, and optimizing business processes across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automation solutions using RPA and AI/ML technologies
- Develop scripts using Python, Java, or R
- Integrate automation with tools like Splunk, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Power Platform
- Analyze and optimize business workflows (BPM)
- Troubleshoot automation processes and ensure performance and scalability
- Collaborate with IT and security teams for automation initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong experience in RPA (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism)
- Proficiency in Python (Java or R is a plus)
- Experience with AI/ML, NLP concepts
- Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of Splunk, Databricks, ServiceNow, Okta, SharePoint
- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
- Understanding of cybersecurity or network security
