Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Agile Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join our team and support Agile delivery initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Agile methodologies and are looking to grow or restart their careers in business analysis and Scrum facilitation. We welcome candidates returning to the workforce after a career break and provide a supportive onboarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and priorities
- Support backlog grooming and requirement refinement
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Guide teams in adopting and following Agile/Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track and report progress using Agile tools (Jira, etc.)
