Administrative/Executive Assistant T2 at Park Computer Systems, Inc.
Park Computer Systems, Inc., a prominent Technology Consulting and Staffing company, is seeking an Administrative/Executive Assistant T2 for one of their clients. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
As an Administrative/Executive Assistant T2, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive executive support for two key leaders. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient operation of their offices, thereby enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and core business objectives. This is a fully remote position supporting operations based in Newtown Square, PA.
Core Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars and meticulously scheduling meetings to optimize executive time.
- Arranging detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and logistical coordination.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer outreach and subsequent follow-up for one of the executives, ensuring timely and professional communication.
