This expert-level role involves providing seamless technical support for cloud-based solutions, utilizing strong scripting, networking, and cloud skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. As a contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and networking
- Utilize scripting skills to automate routine support tasks and improve incident response times
