Private Equity Associate (Remote)
One of our clients, a global leader in the finance industry, is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join their team on a contract basis. In this remote, expert-level position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing M&A transactions, investment opportunities, and performing critical due diligence for high-impact deals. As a Private Equity Associate, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals and provide strategic insights that drive investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation
- Draft, review, and refine investment committee (IC) memos and board decks to support decision-making processes
- Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation
- Analyze mergers and acquisitions transactions to identify key trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support investment decisions
