Paralegal
Role Overview
We are hiring a Paralegal to evaluate legal AI outputs including contract analysis, case law summaries, and legal research. In this role, you will apply structured rubrics to assess accuracy, identify legal inaccuracies, and contribute to model improvement on legal tasks. The ideal candidate has paralegal experience and a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis, legal research, and case summaries for accuracy.
- Apply structured rubrics to assess legal reasoning, citations, and statutory references.
- Identify factual errors, hallucinations, and reasoning gaps in legal AI output.
- File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
