Growth Manager (Remote)

One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Growth Lead to join their core team as a full-time remote employee. This role involves taking ownership of innovative multi-channel marketing initiatives, driving demand generation strategy, and optimizing marketing spend. As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that fuel user acquisition and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire demand marketing budget, optimizing spend and delivering clear, timely reports and budget proposals to the CMO
• Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across paid social ads, landing pages, organic content, and AI-powered SEO articles
• Develop and maintain benchmarks to measure success and iterate on marketing initiatives
• Ideate, script, and manage engaging video content that captures brand voice and drives results
• Develop and execute copywriting and marketing campaign creation strategies to drive user acquisition and brand growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Marketing budget management and optimization skills
• Experience with video content creation and copywriting
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
