Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for AI-powered product areas.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes.
• Define and track success metrics that encompass both AI quality and business impact.
• Conduct user research to uncover high-value AI use cases.
• Coordinate product launches, ensuring adherence to responsible AI principles and effective rollout plans.
• Clearly communicate AI capabilities and limitations to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years in product management, with at least 1 year specifically focused on AI/ML products.
• A strong understanding of modern AI capabilities, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and strategic narratives.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
• Comfort with technical discussions and the ability to effectively engage with Machine Learning teams.
• A demonstrated bias for shipping products, coupled with humility regarding model limitations.
