About Galileo
Galileo is the AI observability and eval engineering platform where offline evals become production guardrails. We are building the next generation of tools for AI development. - Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and design scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Build custom features, integrations, and workflows using cutting-edge AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI).
- Partner with customer engineering and PM teams to deploy solutions and ensure sustained success.
- Continuously track, communicate, and align workstreams with internal and customer stakeholders.
- Travel on-site to work closely with strategic customers and build deep empathy for their needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years as a backend or full-stack SWE, ideally with experience at an AI-first or developer-focused startup.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with deploying LLM-based workflows and evaluations.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, or similar.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and tools like Rasa, DsPy, or evaluation frameworks.
- Experience working directly with customers (external or internal), gathering requirements, and delivering impact.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for onsite work with customers as needed (up to 20%).
