Overview
The Forward Deployed Engineer AI Agent role is part of Jobright TNT, a private hiring network connecting top talent with elite AI startups like Cresta. Cresta, a $1.6B enterprise AI platform from the Stanford AI Lab, transforms contact center operations for Fortune 500 companies.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s platform.
- Build integrations with external systems (APIs, databases, CRMs).
- Optimize agent performance through prompt fine-tuning and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Conduct interactive demos and proof-of-concepts with prospective customers.
- Define milestones, create implementation plans, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap improvements.
- Advise customers on AI agent best practices, architecture, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 3+ years in software development or AI/ML engineering, proficiency in Python and Golang, hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, familiarity with AI agent frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices, and strong communication skills.
Preferred: Experience building AI agent systems.
