Responsibilities of a Data Analyst

  • Integrate yourself directly into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
  • Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis for both internal product teams and external clients.
  • Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
  • Report to a manager and work regularly with other members of the team to refine data models and agent performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Recent graduate or entry-level professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
  • Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States, with a willingness to travel for occasional team summits if agreed upon.

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company.
  • Proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets.
  • Technical skills such as coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
