Responsibilities


• Analyze product, user, and job market data to identify trends and opportunities

• Write SQL queries and build recurring reports or dashboards

• Define and monitor key product and business metrics

• Support A/B tests and evaluate the impact of new features

• Investigate data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy

• Present findings clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Qualification


Required


• Recent graduate or graduating soon in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or Python

• Understanding of basic statistics, data analysis, and experimentation

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work remotely within the United States


Preferred


• Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools

• Familiarity with product analytics, recommendation systems, or search

• Experience working with large or messy datasets

• Previous internship, research, or analytics project experience
