From cookbooks and meal plans to recipes and practical tips, we’ve supported millions on their health journeys. We’re a remote-first company with a small, talented team of 16 full-time team members spread across the globe. With five growing brands under our umbrella, we’re now doubling down on data—because better reporting leads to better decisions and even bigger growth. That’s where you come in.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Data Developer - someone who’s highly detail-oriented, organized, and confident in building systems that work and scale. You’ll play a key role in turning messy data into clear insights that drive smarter business decisions. In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain automated reports for funnels, paid media, subscriptions, and customer service
• Develop and document clear SOPs for reporting processes
• Set up and maintain integrations across our customer databases
• Analyze data trends to identify what’s working and where we can improve
• Troubleshoot and improve existing dashboards and reporting systems
• Building and managing subscription & paid advertising data (Facebook, Youtube traffic etc)

Working Hours

A few hours of overlap with Mountain Time (MT) 9am - 1pm (MT)

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys solving problems. Someone honest, easy to work with, and curious—asking the right questions to keep projects moving forward. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to make an impact as part of a collaborative team. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 5+ years of strong SQL and BigQuery experience
• Skilled with Google Sheets and Looker Studio (or similar BI tools)
• Solid data analysis and reporting experience

Bonus Points for:

• Experience working with direct response funnels
• Experience with data visualization with tools such as PowerBI
• Experience with Python frameworks and scripting
