About the Role

JobHub by NeonLabs, in collaboration with Mercor, is seeking a Conservative Politics Expert to train advanced AI systems in balanced political reasoning. In this role, you'll work with researchers to ensure that AI models accurately represent conservative thought with depth and intellectual integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze AI model outputs for ideological bias or left-leaning framings
• Provide structured, evidence-based corrections from a conservative perspective
• Collaborate with researchers refining political and moral reasoning frameworks
• Evaluate how AI interprets concepts like liberty, markets, tradition, and governance
• Contribute to the development of balanced, context-aware reasoning systems

Ideal Backgrounds

• Political scientists, philosophers, historians, or economists grounded in conservative traditions
• Writers, journalists, or policy analysts examining political culture or ideological bias
• Academics or public intellectuals fluent in conservative thought and argumentation
• Researchers able to translate complex political frameworks into structured analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of conservative political theory and intellectual lineages
• Ability to identify and correct progressive framings with precision and fairness
• Strong analytical and writing skills along with clarity in argumentation
• Comfort engaging with diverse and controversial material
• Commitment to intellectual honesty, balance, and nuance

Role Details

• Pay: $60 – $80 per hour (USD)
• Hours: 20 – 30 per week (Flexible, project-based)
• Remote position; independent contractor role under Mercor
• Weekly payments via Stripe Connect
